Automated SiteMinder Channel Performance Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens SiteMinder, pulls last week's bookings and rate performance by channel, adds a row for each channel to Google Sheets, and drafts a Gmail summary for the revenue manager highlighting which channels are pacing ahead or behind.

In short

How do I track SiteMinder channel performance every week?

WebRun pulls your SiteMinder channel data every Monday, covering last week's bookings, rates, and room nights by channel. It logs the numbers to a running Google Sheets scorecard and drafts a Gmail summary for the revenue manager highlighting the strongest and weakest channels, so pacing issues get caught weekly instead of at month end.

  • Channel performance gets logged automatically every week
  • Underperforming channels get flagged instead of buried in raw numbers
  • The revenue manager gets a ready draft instead of pulling the report manually

Built for hotel revenue managers · independent hotels · hospitality groups · hotel general managers

Questions, answered

Does it change rates or inventory across channels?

No. WebRun only reads booking and rate data from SiteMinder and logs it. Adjusting rates or inventory across OTAs stays a decision for your revenue manager.

Does it send the summary automatically?

No. It's always left as a Gmail draft so the revenue manager reviews it before it goes to anyone else.

What counts as a meaningful pace drop?

You set the threshold. Anything below it gets flagged in the draft summary so it doesn't blend into the full channel list.

Put this on autopilot.
