No. WebRun only alerts you internally through Twilio. It never messages the customer who left a low rating.
How is the low score threshold set?
You set the cutoff, and WebRun reads the actual score Simplesat recorded on each response against it, so nothing is judged beyond the number itself.
Can I see the full data, not just the low scores?
Yes. Every response is archived to Google Drive each week, so you have the complete dataset behind the alerts.
