In short

How do I get alerted before a SIGNiX signature request expires?

WebRun checks SIGNiX every morning for signature requests nearing expiration, posts a Telegram list of anything expiring within 3 days, and sends you an immediate Twilio text for requests expiring today. Time sensitive expirations reach you the same day instead of a request lapsing unnoticed.

  • Expiring requests get flagged 3 days out instead of lapsing
  • Same day expirations reach you by text before end of day
  • No signature request expires without someone being warned first

Questions, answered

Does it extend the request or resend it?

No. WebRun only reads the expiration date SIGNiX already recorded and reports it. It never extends, resends, or edits a signature request.

Will it contact the signer directly?

No. It only alerts you on Telegram and Twilio. It never emails or messages the signer about the expiring request.

Why does today's expirations get a separate text?

A request expiring today needs action before end of day, so it gets an immediate Twilio text instead of waiting in the routine Telegram list.

Put this on autopilot.
