In short

How do I get a daily digest of ShowingTime showings?

WebRun pulls today's ShowingTime schedule and yesterday's agent feedback every morning. It posts a Slack digest for the listing team covering both, and sends a separate Telegram escalation for any showing marked as a no-show, so the team starts the day informed and no-shows get a same-day follow-up instead of going unnoticed.

  • The listing team starts the day with the full showings schedule
  • No-shows get a same-day escalation instead of a missed note
  • Agent feedback is grouped by listing without a manual pull

Questions, answered

Does it confirm or cancel a showing?

No. WebRun only reads the schedule and feedback from ShowingTime and reports it. Confirming, rescheduling, or canceling a showing stays with the agent.

Does it contact the buyer's agent about a no-show?

No. It only sends an internal Telegram alert to your team. Following up with the other agent about a no-show is a manual step.

Why escalate no-shows separately from the digest?

A no-show usually needs a same-day follow-up, so it gets its own alert instead of waiting to be noticed in the full morning digest.

Put this on autopilot.
