Automated SeaTable Weekly Base Scorecards
Every Monday, WebRun opens SeaTable, counts new and updated rows for each table in the base, checks whether the same records are current in Airtable, and posts the full scorecard to Notion.
How do I track weekly activity in my SeaTable base?
WebRun checks your SeaTable base every Monday, counting rows added and updated by table since the previous week. It cross-checks any table mirrored to Airtable for sync drift, then posts the full scorecard to Notion, so base activity and mirror health are both visible without opening SeaTable directly.
- A weekly read on base activity without opening SeaTable
- Mirror drift against Airtable flagged before it compounds
- Only genuinely mirrored tables get cross-checked
Built for operations teams · no-code builders · small business owners · project managers

Questions, answered
Will it edit rows in SeaTable or Airtable?
No. WebRun only reads row counts and sync status. It never edits or deletes a row in either app.
What does out of sync mean here?
A mirrored table where the row counts in SeaTable and Airtable no longer match, so a stalled sync gets flagged instead of assumed fine.
Does it check tables that aren't mirrored to Airtable?
No. Only tables you've actually mirrored are cross-checked, so the scorecard does not flag a false mismatch.
