Who gets the Twilio text?
Only the teammate the capture was already tagged for, and only if it's marked urgent and hasn't been acknowledged in 30 minutes. It's never sent to a customer.
Does it edit or annotate the capture itself?
No. WebRun only reads who a capture is tagged for and routes it. Any markup or editing stays a manual step in Screenpresso.
What if a capture has no teammate tagged?
It's skipped from routing. WebRun only hands off captures that already have an assigned teammate in the shared workspace.
