Questions, answered
Will it email parents or students without me?
No. Every parent update is left as a Gmail draft for you to read, edit, and send. WebRun never contacts a family, a student, or anyone else on its own.
Does it comment on or change student projects?
No. It reads the class studio to see which projects were shared. It never opens a project to edit it, leaves a comment, loves a project, or removes anything from the studio.
What if a student shared late?
The next run picks it up and updates the gradebook, and the student is dropped from the flagged list, so a late submission is credited rather than chased twice.
