In short

How do I see which scheduling links get the most bookings?

Every Monday WebRun opens SavvyCal, pulls the last seven days of bookings, and groups them by the scheduling link that produced each one. It drafts you a Gmail breakdown of volume per link and posts to Slack the links that took nothing, so dead weight gets retired and the links that convert get promoted.

  • Booking volume per link is visible every Monday instead of guessed
  • Links taking nothing for weeks are named and can be retired
  • Kept versus cancelled counts show which meeting types actually hold

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

    • Group the bookings under the link that produced them
    • List every scheduling link you have, including the ones with zero bookings

    • Keep the post internal to your own channel

Done when The dead links and the top performers are visible in Slack.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it email my attendees or cancel anything?

No. The only email is a draft addressed to you, and it stays a draft until you send it. WebRun never contacts an attendee, never cancels a booking, and never deletes a scheduling link.

How do I tell a dead link from a new one?

The Slack post shows how many weeks in a row each link has taken no bookings, so a link launched last Thursday reads differently from one that has been empty for two months.

Does it delete the links nobody uses?

No. It only reports them. Retiring a scheduling link stays your call, because a quiet link is sometimes a seasonal one rather than dead weight.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
