Will it delete or edit my original notes?
No. WebRun never deletes a block or rewrites an old note. It adds a carried-over section to today's daily note and links back to the original, so your graph keeps its full history intact.
Does anything leave my workspace?
No. Everything stays inside your own Roam graph, your own Trello board, and your own Notion page. Nothing is emailed, posted publicly, or shared with anyone outside your workspace.
How far back does it look for TODOs?
As far as you tell it, commonly the last two to four weeks of daily notes. Anything carried longer than your threshold also gets a Trello card so it stops quietly rolling forward.
