Automatic RightSignature Document Archiving

Every hour, WebRun opens RightSignature, checks for documents that finished signing since the last run, saves each one as a record in the matching Google Drive client or deal folder, and sends you a Twilio text summarizing what got signed.

In short

How do I automatically archive signed RightSignature documents?

WebRun checks RightSignature every hour for documents that finished signing, saves each one as a record in the matching Google Drive client folder, and texts you a Twilio summary of what came in. Signed contracts get archived and organized the same hour they're completed, without anyone manually downloading and filing them.

  • Signed documents are archived within the hour, every hour
  • Client folders in Drive stay organized without manual filing
  • You get a text summary instead of checking RightSignature yourself

Questions, answered

Does it send anything for signature itself?

No. WebRun only archives documents that have already finished signing in RightSignature. It never creates or sends a new document for signature.

Who receives the text summary?

Only you, on the Twilio number you connect. WebRun never texts a client or signer on its own.

What if a client folder doesn't exist yet in Drive?

It creates a new folder named for the client before saving the document, so nothing gets dropped into the wrong place.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
