In short

How do I hand off approved ReviewStudio assets to production quickly?

WebRun checks ReviewStudio every hour for assets that just received final approval, posts each one to Slack with a link to the file, and pings the production teammate on Telegram. Approved work moves straight into the next stage instead of waiting for someone to notice it in a review queue.

  • Approved assets reach production within the hour
  • Every handoff includes a direct link to the file
  • No approved asset sits idle waiting to be noticed

Questions, answered

Does it approve anything itself?

No. WebRun only reports on approvals a person already made in ReviewStudio. It never approves or rejects an asset on its own.

What happens to assets still in review?

They're simply left off the handoff. Only assets that received final approval get posted and pinged.

Can different projects go to different teammates?

Yes, it pings whichever production teammate is set up to receive that project's handoffs.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
