It sends the dispatch text automatically. This is an internal message to your own driver about a work assignment, not a customer contact, so there is no review step slowing down time sensitive dispatch.
How does it pick which driver gets the assignment?
It checks which of your drivers is available and closest to the collateral address in RDN, then dispatches to that driver first. You can set a different priority order if you run a fixed territory system.
What happens if the driver doesn't respond?
It flags the row on the dispatch board as unconfirmed so your dispatcher can reassign it. Nothing sits silently unassigned.
