Automated Remitly Pending Transfer Tracking

Every morning, WebRun opens Remitly, checks transfers still marked pending or processing, creates a Trello card for anything more than a day old, and posts the list to Microsoft Teams so support can follow up before the recipient asks where the money is.

In short

How do I track and chase pending Remitly transfers?

WebRun checks Remitly every morning for transfers still pending or processing, cards anything more than a day old in Trello, and posts the list to Microsoft Teams for support. It never resends a transfer or issues a refund itself, so stalled transfers get chased before the recipient has to ask where the money is.

  • Stalled transfers get a Trello card after a day instead of going unnoticed
  • Support sees the oldest transfers first, not a random list
  • Arrived transfers drop off the board automatically

Questions, answered

Will it resend the transfer or issue a refund itself?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only tracks status and flags what's stalled, leaving any resend or refund to your team and Remitly.

How does it define stalled?

Anything still pending or processing more than a day after being sent gets a Trello card, so slow transfers get chased before the recipient has to ask.

What happens once a transfer arrives?

The next run reads the live status from Remitly and moves the matching card to arrived, so completed transfers drop off the active board.

Put this on autopilot.
