Automated Rally Weekly Sprint Scorecard
Every Monday, WebRun opens Rally, checks the current iteration's burndown and story status, posts a sprint scorecard to your team's Telegram group, and texts the scrum master if a story has been blocked more than 2 days.
How do I get a weekly sprint scorecard from Rally automatically?
WebRun checks Rally every Monday for the current iteration's burndown and story status, posts a sprint scorecard to your team's Telegram group with points completed and any blocked stories, and texts the scrum master if a story has been stuck more than 2 days. Sprint risk gets visible before it threatens the deadline.
- Blocked stories that linger past 2 days get escalated by text
- The team sees sprint burndown without opening Rally
- Sprint risk surfaces on a fixed weekly cadence

Questions, answered
Will it unblock or reassign a story?
No. WebRun only reads story status and burndown. It never edits, unblocks, or reassigns a story in Rally.
Why text only for stories blocked over 2 days?
Short blocks resolve themselves most of the time. The text is reserved for blocks that have lingered long enough to actually threaten the sprint.
Does the scorecard include defects too?
It covers user stories in the current iteration. If your team tracks defects as their own artifact type, ask WebRun to include those as well.
