In short

How do I get alerted when a student's Quizizz score falls below a threshold?

WebRun checks newly completed Quizizz results every hour for students scoring below the threshold you set and alerts you on Telegram with who needs support. It also drafts a Twilio note for each parent, so a human can send it, keeping struggling students visible right after the quiz, not at report card time.

  • Low scores get noticed within the hour, not at report cards
  • Parents get a ready to send note offering extra help
  • No alert fires when the whole class does well

Built for K12 teachers · instructional coaches · tutoring programs · school departments

Questions, answered

Will it text parents without me?

No. WebRun only drafts the note in Twilio. You review and send it yourself, nothing reaches a parent automatically.

What threshold triggers the alert?

Whatever score percentage you set. Below that, a student shows up on the alert and gets a draft parent note.

Does it alert me if everyone did well?

No. It only posts to Telegram when at least one student is genuinely below your threshold.
