No. Every manager note is left as an unsent Gmail draft for review. Only the internal Slack list posts automatically.
What about someone on holiday or parental leave?
Anyone part-way through an assigned learning path is excluded, and the list shows the last activity date so a manager can rule out an absence before releasing a seat.
