Turn client uploads into work someone owns
Every morning, WebRun signs in to pCloud, checks the intake folders you watch for files uploaded since the last run, records each one in a Notion intake log with its client, size, and type, and raises a Trello card on the right list so every new upload has an owner.

How do I make sure new client file uploads get picked up?
WebRun signs in to pCloud every weekday morning and checks your intake folders for files uploaded since the last run. It logs each one in a Notion intake log with client, size, and type, then raises an assigned Trello card, so no client upload sits in a shared folder without an owner.
- Every client upload has a named owner the same morning
- The Notion log shows what each client sent and when
- Bulk drops become one card instead of twenty
Built for agencies · accountants and bookkeepers · legal teams · production studios
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
my.pcloud.comin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
pCloud - find files that landed overnight
WebRun opens pCloud to find files that landed overnight. - Sign in to pCloud and open each intake folder you watch
- List every file added since the last run with its name, size, type, folder, and upload time
- Flag anything unusually large, anything with a file type you do not normally accept, and any folder that received nothing at all
Done when Every file uploaded since the last run is listed with its folder and size.
-
2
Notion - log each upload with its client
WebRun opens Notion to log each upload with its client. - Add one row to your Notion intake log per new file
- Fill in the client name from the folder, the file name, size, type, and upload time
- Link the row to the client page in Notion so the whole upload history sits in one place
Done when The Notion intake log has a row for every file that arrived overnight.
-
3
Trello - raise a card for whoever handles it
WebRun opens Trello to raise a card for whoever handles it. - Create a Trello card on the intake list for each new upload, titled with the client and the file name
- Assign the card to the person who normally handles that client and add the Notion row link
- Group several files from the same client uploaded together onto one card so the board stays readable
Done when Every new upload has one assigned Trello card linked to its Notion row.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it move, rename, or delete files in pCloud?
No. WebRun reads the folder listings only. Files stay exactly where the client put them, with the same names, and nothing is downloaded, moved, shared, or deleted.
Will it message clients about their upload?
No. Everything it writes goes to your own Notion log and Trello board. Confirming receipt with a client stays a message your team chooses to send.
What if a client uploads twenty files at once?
They are grouped onto a single Trello card for that client and upload window, with every file listed in the description, so a bulk drop does not bury your board.
