Automated PayTabs Settlement Exports
Every morning, WebRun opens the PayTabs merchant dashboard, pulls yesterday's settlement report with each transaction's amount and fees, exports the full breakdown to Google Sheets, and emails you a short confirmation once the ledger is up to date.
How do I export my PayTabs settlement report automatically?
WebRun pulls your PayTabs settlement report every morning, exports each transaction's amount and fees to Google Sheets, and emails you a confirmation once the ledger is current. It never releases funds or issues a refund itself, so your settlement records stay up to date without a manual export from the merchant dashboard.
- Every settlement report lands in Sheets without a manual export
- The monthly ledger total stays current day to day
- Flagged transactions stay visible instead of buried in the dashboard

Questions, answered
Will WebRun release funds or issue a refund from the settlement?
No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads and exports the settlement report, leaving any payout or refund action for you to approve.
Does it export a transaction twice?
No. It checks the settlement sheet before adding a row, so a transaction already exported from an earlier report is skipped.
What happens if a transaction is flagged for review?
It still exports to the sheet, marked with its flagged status, so review items stay visible in the ledger instead of getting lost.
