Automated PayPal Dispute Deadline Alerts
Every morning, WebRun signs into PayPal, opens the Resolution Center, lists every open dispute and claim with its amount, reason and response due date, works out how many days are left on each, posts a deadline-ranked queue to your Microsoft Teams finance channel, and opens a Trello card for every case that needs evidence gathered.
How do I track PayPal dispute response deadlines?
WebRun checks the PayPal Resolution Center every morning, lists open disputes and claims with the amount and the date a response is due, and works out how long is left. It posts the queue to Microsoft Teams and opens a Trello card per case, so no dispute closes by default.
- No case is lost to a missed response deadline
- Every dispute has evidence gathered before the due date
- The team sees the total value in dispute every morning

Questions, answered
Will it respond to disputes or issue refunds?
No. WebRun never responds to a case, uploads evidence, accepts a claim or moves money. It reads the Resolution Center and puts the deadline in front of a person who decides.
Does it message the buyer who opened the dispute?
No. Everything it writes goes to your internal Teams channel and your Trello board. WebRun never sends a message to a buyer or replies inside a PayPal case.
What happens when a case is resolved?
It drops off the queue on the next run and its Trello card is archived, so the board only ever shows cases that still need work.
Put this on autopilot.
