No. Every reminder is left as a Gmail draft for you to read and send. WebRun writes the message and fills in the missing days, but a person always presses send.
Does it submit or approve timecards in Paylocity?
No. The Paylocity step is read only. WebRun reports who has not submitted and which approvals are pending, and the actual submitting and approving stays with employees and managers.
What if someone is on leave?
Anyone with approved time off for the period is skipped, and employees already nudged earlier in the same pay period are not drafted twice, so the list stays short and credible.
