Automated Paycor Timecard Approval Chasing
Each morning in the run-up to payroll, WebRun opens Paycor, lists every timecard still unapproved or missing punches, drafts a short reminder in Gmail to each responsible manager for you to review and send, and saves the dated exception list to a Google Drive folder so the payroll team has a paper trail.
How do I chase managers to approve timecards before the payroll deadline?
WebRun opens Paycor each morning before payroll closes, lists every timecard still unapproved or missing punches, and groups them by approving manager. It drafts a reminder to each manager in Gmail for you to send and files the dated exception list in Google Drive, so payroll never closes on incomplete time.
- Managers get chased before the deadline, not after payroll closes
- Every exception is documented in a dated Drive file
- Approved timecards drop off the list on the next run
Built for payroll administrators · HR managers · operations teams · multi-site employers

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email managers without me?
No. Every reminder is left as a Gmail draft for you to read and send. WebRun never sends payroll email on its own, and it never approves or edits a timecard in Paycor.
Can it approve timecards itself?
No. WebRun only reads Paycor and reports what is unapproved. Approval stays with the manager who owns the timecard, exactly as your payroll controls require.
What if a manager approves after the run?
The next morning's run reads the live Paycor status, so anything approved overnight drops off the list and that manager gets no further reminder.
