Will it submit payroll for me?
Never. WebRun runs the checks and reports the gaps. Submitting a pay run, approving a timecard, and entering a rate change all stay human actions, so no payroll is ever processed without a person doing it.
Does it text employees about their timecards?
No. The Twilio text goes to your own saved number only, and it fires only when something would block submission. Managers see their team's gaps in the internal Teams post instead.
Does the post show individual salaries?
No. The Teams post carries names, managers, missing hours, and totals for the period. Individual pay rates and amounts stay inside Paychex under its own permissions.
