Automated Patreon Tier Benefit Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun opens Patreon, reads the benefits listed on each tier and the posts published in the current period, works out which promises are still outstanding, creates a Trello card per missing benefit with its tier and due date, and sends you a short WhatsApp list of what to make this week.
How do I keep track of the Patreon benefits I still owe my tiers?
WebRun keeps your Patreon promises on a board. Every Monday it reads the benefits described on each tier, compares them to the posts you published this period, creates a dated Trello card for every benefit still owed, and WhatsApps you the ranked production list, so no tier reaches billing day undelivered.
- Every promised benefit has a dated card before the period ends
- Undelivered tiers are caught before patrons notice
- One production list a week instead of a scroll through old posts

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it publish anything to my Patreon?
No. WebRun only reads your tiers and published posts, then writes cards to your own Trello board. Every post is still written and published by you, and no patron sees anything WebRun does.
How does it know a benefit was delivered?
It matches published posts in the period against the benefits described on each tier, using the tier visibility on each post. Anything with no matching post is treated as still owed.
Will my Trello board fill up with duplicate cards?
No. WebRun checks for an existing open card before creating one, so a benefit that has been outstanding for three weeks has one card, not three.
