Questions, answered

Does it share individual provider performance data outside the practice?

No. The utilization report is logged only to an internal Google Sheet accessible by practice management. No data is shared externally and no PHI appears in the report, which uses aggregate counts only.

What utilization rate is flagged as an issue?

By default, providers below 70% are flagged as underloaded and those above 95% as overloaded. Both thresholds are configurable to match your practice norms.

Can it track trends over multiple weeks?

Yes. Each Monday run appends a new row per provider, so the sheet builds a rolling history. You can add a trend chart in Google Sheets to visualize utilization over time.
