Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to patients automatically?
No. WebRun drafts every reminder and logs it in Google Sheets for staff to review before anything is sent. Patient-facing balance messages involve PHI and are never dispatched without human approval.
Does it skip patients on payment plans?
Yes. Any account already on an active payment plan or with an open dispute flag in DrChrono is excluded automatically each run.
What is the minimum balance it flags?
By default, balances of 10 dollars or more that are at least 30 days past due. You can change both thresholds when you configure the run.
