Questions, answered
Will it delete walls or student posts?
No. WebRun archives and reports only. Clearing a wall is permanent, so deleting stays entirely with the teacher, and WebRun never removes a post, a comment, or a wall.
What if a wall is still being used?
It is left off the clear-down list. WebRun checks the date of the most recent post, so any wall with recent activity is archived but never suggested for clearing.
Does student work leave the school tools?
No. The archive is posted to your own class channel in Microsoft Teams and the summary goes to your Telegram. Nothing is copied to a third place.
