In short

How do I archive completed e-signature documents with their audit trail?

WebRun opens OneSpan Sign every night and finds the transactions that completed that day. It records each signed document, its signers, the completion date, and the audit trail, indexes them in Notion under the right contract, and posts the night's filings to Microsoft Teams.

  • An audit is answered from your own index, not a login
  • Every executed document sits beside its audit trail
  • Nothing in OneSpan Sign is sent, signed, voided, or deleted

Built for contract managers · legal operations · compliance teams · financial services firms

Questions, answered

Will it send, sign, or void anything?

No. WebRun only reads transactions that have already completed. Sending a packet, signing a document, and voiding a transaction all stay with the people authorised to do them.

Does it delete the record from OneSpan Sign?

No. Nothing is removed or changed in OneSpan Sign. The archive in Notion is an additional copy, so your records survive a login problem or a plan change without touching the original.

What is in the audit trail entry?

The signing events with their timestamps as OneSpan Sign records them, filed beside the signed document link and the signer list, so an audit or a dispute is answered from your own index.
