In short

How do I catch podcast ad campaigns that will under deliver?

Every morning, WebRun opens Omny Studio, reads impressions delivered against the goal on every live ad campaign, and works out whether each is pacing to finish by its end date. It posts the behind ones to Microsoft Teams and texts the ad operations lead through Twilio.

  • Under delivery is caught while inventory is still available to shift
  • Every at-risk campaign arrives with its projected shortfall in impressions
  • Make goods become the exception rather than the routine

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens omnystudio.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Omny Studio - read delivery against goal
    omnystudio.com
WebRun in Omny Studio: read delivery against goal
WebRun opens Omny Studio to read delivery against goal.
    • Open Omny Studio and list every ad campaign that is currently live
    • Capture impressions delivered so far, the booked goal, the start date and the end date
    • Work out the daily rate needed to finish on time and compare it against the actual rate
    • Note which programs and episodes each campaign runs against, and where inventory is still available

Done when Every live campaign has a pacing figure and a projected finish position.

  3. 2
Microsoft Teams - post the pacing report
    microsoft.com
WebRun in Microsoft Teams: post the pacing report
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the pacing report.
    • Post the pacing report to the ad operations channel, worst pacing first
    • Show delivered, booked, days left and the projected shortfall for each campaign behind
    • Name the programs with inventory left, so the shortfall has an obvious place to go
    • Leave campaign changes to your team. WebRun never edits a campaign or reallocates inventory

Done when The channel has today's pacing report with projected shortfalls.

  4. 3
Twilio - text the campaigns at risk
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text the campaigns at risk
WebRun opens Twilio to text the campaigns at risk.
    • Text the internal numbers on your approved list when a campaign is projected to miss its goal
    • Name the campaign, the shortfall and the days remaining
    • Send only to those saved team numbers. Nothing goes to an advertiser, and any outside message is drafted for approval

Done when The ad operations lead knows about an at-risk campaign the same morning.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it change campaign settings?

No. WebRun reads delivery figures and reports them. It never edits a campaign, changes a goal, pauses a flight, or reallocates inventory, so every adjustment stays with your ad operations team.

Does it contact advertisers?

No. Nothing reaches an advertiser or agency. The report goes to your internal Teams channel and the text goes only to the team numbers on your approved list.

How does it know a campaign will miss?

It compares the daily delivery rate needed to hit the booked goal by the end date against the rate actually achieved so far, and reports the projected shortfall in impressions.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
