Automated Notarize Session Filing

Every hour, WebRun checks Notarize for sessions that completed since the last run, saves the notarized document and its notary certificate to the matching client folder in Google Drive, and posts a Slack notification to the operations team so the file closes out the same day.

In short

How do I automatically file completed Notarize documents?

WebRun checks Notarize every hour for sessions that just completed. It saves the notarized document and certificate to the matching client folder in Google Drive and posts a Slack notification to the operations team, so a finished notarization gets filed and flagged the same day instead of sitting in the Notarize dashboard.

  • Completed sessions get filed the same hour they finish
  • Operations gets notified without checking the Notarize dashboard
  • In-progress sessions are never mistakenly filed as complete

Built for title and escrow companies · real estate operations · legal operations · mobile notary businesses

Questions, answered

Does it start or approve a notarization session?

No. WebRun only files documents from sessions that are already complete. Starting, conducting, or approving a notarization always happens between the signer and the notary.

Who can see the filed documents?

Only the Drive folder you point WebRun at, which should be as restricted as the rest of your notarized document storage.

What if a session is still in progress?

It's skipped until Notarize marks it complete, so nothing partial or unsigned ever gets filed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
