Automated NocoDB to Airtable Record Export
Every morning, WebRun opens your NocoDB base, checks for new or updated records since the last run, copies each one into Airtable as a backup, and drafts a Gmail summary of what exported for the data owner to review.
How do I back up new NocoDB records to Airtable automatically?
WebRun checks your NocoDB base every morning for new or updated records, and copies each one into Airtable as a backup so nothing lives in only one place. It drafts a Gmail summary of what exported and flags incomplete fields, but leaves it unsent for the data owner to review before forwarding it on.
- New records are backed up the same morning they are created
- Nothing in Airtable gets overwritten by the export
- Incomplete records are flagged instead of silently copied

Questions, answered
Will it send the summary email automatically?
No. It drafts the summary in Gmail and leaves it unsent so the data owner can review and forward it.
Does it overwrite anything already in Airtable?
No. It only adds new rows for records not yet exported, so existing Airtable data is never overwritten.
What happens to incomplete records?
They still get exported, but any fields that looked incomplete are called out in the draft summary so the owner can follow up.
