Automated Nium Payout Reconciliation

Every morning, WebRun opens Nium, reads the status of every payout batch since the last check, logs each one to Google Sheets as reconciled or still pending, and emails you a summary flagging anything pending longer than expected.

In short

How do I reconcile Nium payout batches automatically?

WebRun checks Nium every morning for the status of every payout batch, logging each one to Google Sheets as reconciled or still pending. It emails you a summary flagging anything pending longer than expected, so a stuck payout batch gets noticed the same morning instead of surfacing days later in a recipient complaint.

  • Payout batches get reconciled the same morning they settle
  • Stuck or delayed batches get flagged before recipients complain
  • A full batch history builds itself in Sheets

Questions, answered

Will WebRun retry or release a pending payout?

No. WebRun only checks status and reports it. Retrying a failed payout or releasing a pending one stays a step you take yourself in Nium.

What counts as pending too long?

Any batch still not settled well beyond its normal processing time. It gets flagged rather than assumed to still be in progress.

Where can I see the full batch history?

Every batch's status is logged to Google Sheets, so you can look back at any past payout run.
