Automated Nextiva Call Queue Reporting
Every Monday, WebRun opens Nextiva, reads last week's call reports for each queue and user, writes the answered, missed, and abandoned counts into Airtable, and posts your team a short Telegram scorecard showing which lines slipped.
How do I track how many calls my team missed each week?
WebRun opens Nextiva every Monday and reads last week's call reports for each queue and user. It logs answered, missed, and abandoned counts into Airtable, calculates the change against the prior week, and posts your team a Telegram scorecard naming any line whose answer rate slipped.
- Answer rate is reviewed every Monday instead of once a quarter
- Abandoned calls surface next to the hour they happened
- Every week of call history builds up in Airtable for trend charts
Built for support teams · inside sales · clinics and practices · operations managers

Questions, answered
Does it change anything in Nextiva?
No. WebRun only reads your call reports in Nextiva. It never changes a queue, a routing rule, or a user setting, and it never places or returns a call. Writing happens only in your own Airtable base.
Can it score individual agents as well as queues?
Yes. Each run captures per-user answered volume and average talk time alongside the queue totals, and both land as separate rows in Airtable so you can chart either view over time.
What if a queue had no calls last week?
It still gets a row with zeroes so the history stays continuous, and the Telegram scorecard notes it as quiet rather than dropping it silently.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
