No. It reads file names, folders, and upload dates only. It never opens a document, downloads a photo, moves anything between folders, or deletes a single file.
How does it know a backup stopped rather than a quiet day?
It compares tonight's count against the folder's recent pattern and its last upload date. A folder that normally receives files daily and has been empty for days is what gets flagged.
What if I am simply away and taking no photos?
Set the silence threshold to suit you, for example three days instead of one. WebRun only raises a folder once it has been quiet longer than the gap you chose.
