WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to the inquiry on its own?
No. WebRun only logs the lead in Altru and notifies the right coordinator in Slack. Sending any reply to the group contact is left for the human coordinator to do directly.
What if the same organization has already inquired before?
WebRun searches Altru for an existing constituent record first. If one is found, it logs the new inquiry against that record rather than creating a duplicate.
How does it know which coordinator to notify?
It maps group type (school, corporate, or community) to the coordinator you designate during setup. You can update the mapping any time without changing how the workflow runs.
Put this on autopilot.
