Every Monday, WebRun opens Blackbaud Altru, finds members whose memberships expire in the next 30 days, logs them in a Google Sheet, and drafts a personalised renewal reminder in Gmail for each one. No email is sent until your team reviews and approves it, keeping members engaged without the risk of an unreviewed message going out.
- No expiring member is missed because reminders are drafted automatically every Monday
- Staff review polished, personalised drafts instead of writing each email from scratch
- The Google Sheet gives management a full view of the renewal pipeline each week

Questions, answered
Will it send renewal emails to members without my approval?
No. Every renewal reminder is saved as a Gmail draft only. Your team reviews and approves each one before anything is sent to a member. WebRun never sends member-facing emails on its own.
What if a member renewed after the run started?
WebRun reads live data from Altru each Monday. If a member renewed mid-week, they will be absent from next Monday's list. Any draft already created for them can simply be deleted without sending.
Can it handle multiple membership levels with different messaging?
Yes. You supply a template for each membership tier during setup. WebRun picks the right template based on the member's current level in Altru and personalises it with their name and expiry date.
