Automated Monzo Daily Spending Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Monzo, checks your current balance and yesterday's spending by category, logs the day's summary as a Trello card, and posts the digest to Microsoft Teams so you start the day knowing exactly where things stand.

In short

How do I get a daily summary of my Monzo balance and spending?

WebRun checks your Monzo balance and yesterday's spending by category every morning, logs the summary as a Trello card, and posts the digest to Microsoft Teams. It never moves money or cancels anything itself, so you start each day with a clear picture of your spending without opening the app first thing.

  • Balance and spending land in Teams before the day gets busy
  • Category breakdowns highlight where money went, not just how much
  • A daily archive of summaries builds up automatically in Trello

Built for individuals · freelancers · budget conscious users · small teams sharing an account

What does WebRun do on every run?

Questions, answered

Will it move money or cancel a subscription it flags?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads balance and spending data and reports it, leaving any account action to you.

How is spending grouped into categories?

It reads the categories already assigned to each transaction in Monzo, so the digest reflects the same breakdown you'd see in the app.

Can I look back at a previous day's summary?

Yes. Each day's card is archived in Trello rather than deleted, so you can scroll back through prior days.

Put this on autopilot.
