Automated MoEngage Delivery Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens MoEngage, reads the delivery stats for every campaign that ran in the last 24 hours, flags any channel whose bounce or failure rate is worse than your threshold, saves the numbers to a dated file in Google Drive, and sends you a WhatsApp alert naming the campaign and the channel that broke.
How do I get alerted when a MoEngage campaign stops delivering?
WebRun checks MoEngage every morning and reads the delivery stats for every campaign sent in the last 24 hours. It flags any channel whose bounce or failure rate breaches your threshold, files the numbers in Google Drive, and sends a WhatsApp alert naming the campaign, so a broken send never runs for days.
- A broken send is caught the next morning, not the next month
- Every day's delivery numbers are archived in Google Drive
- Clear all-clear messages so silence never hides a failure

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Can it pause or edit a campaign that is failing?
No. WebRun only reads MoEngage and reports. Pausing, editing, or resending a campaign is left to you, so nothing changes in your account without a human deciding.
What counts as a breach?
Whatever threshold you set, per channel. A common setup is a bounce rate above three percent or any failure rate that doubles against the previous day, and you can set a different limit for push, email, and SMS.
Does it message customers?
Never. The only message it sends is an internal WhatsApp alert to your own marketing group. WebRun does not send, resend, or reply to any customer campaign.
