Automated MetLife Claim Status Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun signs into MetLife, reads the status of each claim on the policy, notes what was paid and what is still pending, updates an Airtable record per claim with its age in days, and sends you a Telegram list of the claims waiting on a document.
How do I track which insurance claims are still pending?
WebRun signs into MetLife every Monday and reads the status of every open claim, capturing what was paid and what is still pending. It updates an Airtable record per claim with its days pending, then sends you a Telegram list of the claims waiting on a document.
- Every open claim shows how many days it has been pending
- Claims blocked on a document are named, not guessed at
- Settled claims drop off the list without anyone tidying up
Built for HR administrators · benefits coordinators · office managers · small business owners

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it file claims or upload documents?
No. WebRun reads claim status only. Filing a claim, uploading paperwork, or contacting MetLife stays with you, which is why the Telegram list names exactly what is outstanding.
Is my policy information stored anywhere?
Only in your own Airtable base, which you control. WebRun writes the claim number, status, amount, and days pending, and nothing leaves the apps you connected.
What happens when a claim is paid?
The next Monday run reads the settled status in MetLife, marks that Airtable record closed, and drops the claim off the pending Telegram list automatically.
