Automated MetaMask Wallet Reconciliation
Every morning, WebRun opens the MetaMask portfolio view, lists the transactions on your watched addresses since yesterday, searches Gmail for a matching exchange or platform confirmation for each one, and sends you a WhatsApp digest showing which movements are accounted for and which have no record behind them.
How do I check that every movement in my wallet has a record behind it?
WebRun opens your MetaMask portfolio each morning and lists yesterday's transactions across the addresses you watch. It searches Gmail for a matching confirmation behind each movement, then sends you a WhatsApp digest of opening and closing balances with every unexplained transaction named first.
- Unexplained movements are named within a day, not at tax time
- Balances and movements arrive every morning without opening a wallet
- Nothing is ever signed, sent, or swapped by the automation
Built for crypto treasurers · finance teams · long-term holders · web3 operators

1
MetaMask - list yesterday's transactions
WebRun opens MetaMask to list yesterday's transactions. - Open the MetaMask portfolio view and select the addresses you watch
- List every transaction from the last 24 hours with its time, direction, asset, amount, and counterparty address
- Note the current balance per asset so the digest has an opening and closing figure
- Read only. Never sign, approve, swap, send, or bridge anything
Done when Yesterday's transactions and today's balances are listed for every watched address.
-
2
Gmail - find the matching confirmations
WebRun opens Gmail to find the matching confirmations. - Search Gmail for confirmation emails dated around each transaction
- Match on asset, amount, and timestamp within a short window
- Mark each movement as matched, matched loosely, or unexplained
- Never reply to or forward any email found during the search
Done when Every movement is marked matched or unexplained with the email it matched.
-
3
WhatsApp - send the reconciliation digest
WebRun opens WhatsApp to send the reconciliation digest. - Send yourself a digest: opening balances, movements, closing balances, and the matched count
- List unexplained movements first with time, asset, amount, and counterparty
- Say plainly when everything matched, so a quiet day still gets a short confirmation
Done when You have yesterday's reconciliation digest on WhatsApp.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Can it move funds or sign a transaction?
No. WebRun never signs, sends, swaps, bridges, or approves anything. The MetaMask side is strictly read-only, and every action on your assets stays yours to take by hand.
Does it send email from my account?
No. Gmail is searched, never written to. WebRun reads confirmation emails to match them against wallet movements and never replies, forwards, or deletes a message.
What counts as an unexplained movement?
Any transaction with no confirmation email within the matching window. Those are listed first in the digest with time, asset, amount, and counterparty so you can check them yourself.
