Automated Meta Ads Spend Exception Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens Meta Ads Manager, reads yesterday's spend and results for each active ad set, flags the ones that spent above your cost-per-result limit or delivered no results at all, logs each exception in Airtable, and writes the day's review into your Notion marketing page.

In short

How do I catch Meta ad sets that are wasting budget?

WebRun reviews your Meta Ads Manager spend every morning. It reads yesterday's spend, results, and cost per result for each active ad set, flags those above your cost limit or returning nothing, logs them in Airtable with a repeat count, and writes the ranked review into Notion.

  • Wasted ad spend is caught the next morning, not at month end
  • Repeat offenders are visible with a day count, not rediscovered daily
  • Every flagged ad set is logged with the spend behind it

Questions, answered

Will it pause my campaigns or change budgets?

No. WebRun reads yesterday's numbers and reports the exceptions. Pausing an ad set, moving budget, or swapping creative stays a human decision, so no campaign changes without someone approving it.

How does it decide an ad set is a problem?

It compares each ad set against the cost-per-result limit you set, and separately flags any ad set that spent money and returned zero results. Both thresholds are yours to change.

What if the same ad set is flagged every day?

The review says so. Airtable tracks how many days running an ad set has been flagged, so a five-day offender is obvious and does not blend into yesterday's noise.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
