No, and it never will. WebRun reads the payments view and reports what is waiting. It cannot approve a payment, release a transfer, add a recipient, or move money. Approval stays entirely with your named approvers.

How does it know a payment will miss the cutoff?
It compares each payment's requested send date against today. Anything requested for today or earlier and still unapproved is posted as cutoff risk with the approver named.
