In short

How do I track Memberful members at risk of losing access?

WebRun checks Memberful every morning for members with a failed or expiring payment, capturing their plan, amount, and days until access is revoked. It logs each one to Airtable and updates a Notion churn-risk page ranked by urgency, so you always know how many members and how much revenue are actually at risk today.

  • You always know how much revenue is currently at risk
  • At-risk members are tracked without checking Memberful billing by hand
  • Recovered payments clear themselves off the risk list automatically

Questions, answered

Does it cancel or email members about their payment?

No. Memberful handles payment retries and member emails itself. WebRun only reads the status and tracks it in Airtable and Notion.

What counts as at risk?

Any member with a failed charge or a payment expiring soon, based on what Memberful's own billing status shows.

What happens when a payment recovers?

The member is moved back to Active in Airtable automatically, so the churn-risk page only ever shows who's actually still at risk.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
