Automated Melon App Interview Session Prep

An hour before each scheduled Melon recording, WebRun checks that the session and teleprompter script are set up, logs the session in your Airtable production tracker, and creates a Notion prep doc with the guest's background and interview questions.

In short

How do I prep for a Melon interview session automatically?

WebRun checks each scheduled Melon recording an hour before it starts, confirming the session and teleprompter script are set up, then logs the session in Airtable and builds a Notion prep doc with the guest's background and planned questions. Hosts walk into every interview with the setup already confirmed and notes ready.

  • Every session's setup is confirmed before recording starts
  • Hosts get a ready-made prep doc instead of a blank page
  • Missing scripts get flagged with time to fix them

Questions, answered

Does it start the recording for me?

No. WebRun only checks the setup and prepares the notes. Starting and running the actual recording is still done by the host in Melon App.

Where do the interview questions come from?

From whatever background and notes you've already added for the guest. WebRun organizes them into a prep doc rather than inventing new questions.

What if a session's script isn't ready?

It's flagged as missing in both Airtable and the Notion prep doc, so the host knows to finish it before recording starts.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
