Questions, answered
Will it revoke links or delete files?
No. WebRun reads your sharing settings and reports them. Revoking a public link, narrowing access and deleting a file are all left as checkboxes for you, because they cannot be undone.
Does it download or open the file contents?
No. WebRun reads only the file and folder metadata: name, path, size, last modified date and who it is shared with. It never downloads a file and never opens what is inside one.
How do I spot what changed this week?
The Notion page has a changed-since-last-week section listing new shares, shares that got wider access, and links that disappeared, so you only read the differences rather than the whole register.
