Automated MailerLite Pre-Send Campaign Check
Every evening, WebRun opens MailerLite, finds the campaigns scheduled to send in the next 24 hours, walks a pre-send checklist covering subject line, preview text, sender details, segment, links, and unsubscribe block, posts the results to Telegram, and pings WhatsApp when something would actually break the send.
How do I check an email campaign before it sends?
WebRun checks your MailerLite campaigns the night before they send. It walks a pre-send checklist over subject line, preview text, sender details, segment, links, and unsubscribe block, posts the results to Telegram, and pings the owner on WhatsApp when something would break the send.
- Broken links and empty subject lines are caught the night before, not by subscribers
- Every campaign is checked against the same list, whoever built it
- Nothing is ever sent, paused, or edited without a person doing it
Built for email marketers · newsletter publishers · ecommerce marketing teams · agencies

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send, pause, or edit a campaign?
No. WebRun never sends a campaign, cancels a scheduled send, edits content, or changes a segment. It reports what it found and a person decides what to fix, so no email reaches a subscriber because of the automation.
Does it send a test email to my list?
No. It reads the campaign as set up in MailerLite, including the content and links. It never triggers a test send, a preview send, or any message to a subscriber address.
What counts as a blocker rather than a warning?
A blocker is something that breaks the send or the message: an empty subject line, a broken or placeholder link, a missing unsubscribe block, or a segment with zero recipients. Softer issues such as missing alt text are reported as warnings.
