Automated Lumen5 Blog to Video Drafts

Every Monday, WebRun opens Lumen5, takes each article published on your blog last week, builds it into a draft video on your brand template using media from your library, logs the draft and its source article in Airtable, and posts the week's queue to Notion for the editor to finish.

In short

How do I turn blog posts into video drafts every week?

WebRun turns your published writing into video every Monday. It opens Lumen5, builds a draft from each article published last week on your brand template and media library, logs each draft against its source article in Airtable, and posts the queue to Notion, so the editor only has to edit.

  • Every published article gets a video draft, without anyone remembering
  • Drafts arrive already on the brand template and kit
  • Skipped articles are logged with a reason instead of vanishing

Done when The editor opens Monday to a queue of drafts to finish.

Questions, answered

Will it publish the videos anywhere?

No. Every video is left as an unpublished Lumen5 draft. Exporting, scheduling, and posting to a channel all stay with your editor.

Will the drafts look on brand?

Yes. WebRun applies your brand kit and the template you have set for blog to video, so colours, fonts and logo are already right before the editor opens it.

What if an article does not suit video?

WebRun records it as skipped in Airtable with the reason, so nothing disappears silently and you can pull it back into the queue by hand.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
