Automated Logseq Weekly Task Scorecard
Every Monday, WebRun opens Logseq, tallies the tasks marked TODO, DOING, and DONE across the past week's journal pages, checks your sent Gmail for commitments that never became a tracked task, and logs one scorecard row to Airtable.
How do I get a weekly scorecard of my Logseq tasks?
Every Monday, WebRun reads your Logseq journal pages from the past week and counts tasks marked TODO, DOING, and DONE. It checks your sent Gmail for commitments that never became a tracked task, then logs one scorecard row to Airtable, so you see exactly how the week's work and promises actually landed.
- A clear weekly read on tasks done versus tasks still open
- Commitments made by email but never tracked get caught before they're forgotten
- A running Airtable history shows the trend week over week

Questions, answered
Does it read the content of my private journal pages?
It only reads task keywords, TODO, DOING, and DONE, and counts them. It does not summarize or share the surrounding notes.
Does it send any email based on what it finds?
No. It only reads your sent mail to spot commitments with no tracked task. It never sends, replies, or drafts anything in Gmail.
What if I use different task keywords?
It follows Logseq's default TODO, DOING, and DONE markers. Custom workflow states can be added when you set this up.
