Automated Litmos Overdue Training Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens Litmos, checks every required course for completions past their due date, logs the overdue list to Airtable, and drafts a Gmail alert for each manager whose team has overdue training.
How do I alert managers about overdue Litmos compliance training?
WebRun checks every required Litmos course each morning for completions past their due date and logs the overdue list to Airtable, grouped by employee and manager. It drafts a Gmail alert for each manager naming who's overdue and by how much, so compliance gaps reach the right person without a spreadsheet review.
- Overdue training reaches the right manager every morning
- Compliance gaps are logged once, avoiding duplicate alerts
- Managers get a ready to send list instead of a raw export
Built for compliance managers · HR operations · L&D administrators · department managers

Questions, answered
Will it email managers without review?
No. WebRun only drafts the alert in Gmail. Someone on your compliance team reviews and sends it.
Does it alert about the same overdue course twice?
No. Once an item is logged as alerted in Airtable, it won't trigger a repeat draft until it's completed or a new due date passes.
Does it group training by manager?
Yes. Each draft alert only covers the employees who report to that manager, so nobody gets someone else's overdue list.
