In short

How do I track the status of an open Liberty Mutual claim?

Every morning WebRun signs in to your Liberty Mutual account and checks each open claim: the status, the adjuster's notes, any document still outstanding, and any payment issued. WebRun posts what moved to Slack and sends the urgent items to Telegram, so a claim never stalls waiting on you.

  • A stalled claim is visible the next morning, not weeks later
  • Documents the adjuster is waiting on are named the day they are requested
  • Payments issued are recorded with amount and date as they land

Built for small business owners · office managers · fleet operators · property managers

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.libertymutual.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Liberty Mutual - read each open claim
    libertymutual.com
WebRun in Liberty Mutual: read each open claim
WebRun opens Liberty Mutual to read each open claim.
    • Sign in to your Liberty Mutual account and open the claims you are tracking by claim number
    • Record the current claim status, the assigned adjuster, and the date it last moved
    • Note any document or information the adjuster has requested, and any payment already issued
    • Upload nothing and submit nothing. WebRun reads the claim and reports, it never files on your behalf

Done when Every tracked claim has today's status, adjuster, outstanding requests, and payments.

  3. 2
Slack - post what changed today
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post what changed today
WebRun opens Slack to post what changed today.
    • Post a short daily line per claim: number, status, and whether it moved since yesterday
    • Call out payments issued with the amount and the date they were released
    • Keep unchanged claims to a single quiet line so the post stays readable

Done when The team channel has today's claim status in Slack.

  4. 3
Telegram - flag what is waiting on you
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: flag what is waiting on you
WebRun opens Telegram to flag what is waiting on you.
    • Send a direct message listing only claims where the adjuster is waiting on you
    • Name the document or detail requested and how many days it has been outstanding
    • Add any claim that has not moved in longer than the stall window you set

Done when You know exactly which claims are waiting on your side.

Questions, answered

Will it submit documents or file anything on my claim?

No. WebRun reads the claim and tells you what the adjuster wants. Uploading a document, replying to the adjuster, or accepting a settlement is always done by a person.

Can it track more than one claim?

Yes. Give WebRun the claim numbers and it checks each one every morning, then reports them as separate lines so a multi-vehicle or multi-property loss stays readable.

What if nothing changed overnight?

You get one quiet line saying the claim is unchanged, plus the day count since it last moved, so a stalled claim is visible without a separate check.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
