Automated Failed Payment Recovery
Every morning, WebRun opens Lemon Squeezy, finds subscriptions whose latest payment failed, captures the customer, the plan, the amount and the days left before the subscription lapses, builds a recovery queue in Airtable, and drafts a Gmail note per customer that you approve before it sends.
How do I recover subscriptions after a payment fails?
WebRun runs your failed payment recovery every morning. It finds Lemon Squeezy subscriptions whose payment failed, captures the customer, amount and days left before they lapse, ranks them in an Airtable queue, and drafts a Gmail note per customer that you approve before it sends.
- An expired card is chased the next morning, not after the subscription lapses
- Every at-risk customer has a drafted note ready to approve
- Recovered payments drop off the queue automatically
Built for SaaS founders · indie makers · digital product sellers · subscription businesses

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email my customers without approval?
No. Every customer message is left as a Gmail draft for you to read and send. Nothing reaches a paying subscriber until a person clicks send.
Does it retry the charge or touch payment details?
No. WebRun never retries a payment, edits a card, or moves money. It reads the failed payment and prepares the follow-up, and the billing action stays with you and Lemon Squeezy.
What if the customer fixes their card overnight?
The live subscription status is read every morning, so a payment that has since succeeded is marked Recovered in Airtable and no draft is written for that customer.
